How is the company invoiced?
Your company details and TRN, if applicable, are collected at checkout. Every invoice then carries the relevant company and VAT details, so it can be filed as-is.
Is there a minimum term or a minimum order?
No. The programme runs on a recurring schedule you set, and you can pause it, change the quantity or stop it at any time from your account. Corporate pricing applies from the first case.
Can we change quantities between deliveries?
Yes. Quantity, format and frequency can be changed at any point before the next delivery is prepared, and the change applies from that delivery onwards.
How does the packaging collection work?
Empties are collected on your next scheduled delivery, so there is no separate visit to arrange. The weight recovered is recorded against your account and appears in the portal and on the certificate.
Where does the contribution go, and how do we verify it?
For every litre supplied, MonViso contributes 30 fils to Al Jalila Foundation, supporting medical research in the UAE. The amount is calculated from your actual orders, shown in the portal, and stated on the quarterly certificate with a verification reference. The contribution is made under donation permit no. PRHCE-005902171.
Can we deliver to more than one office?
Yes, and it can be consolidated onto a single invoice for the company. Tell us how many locations and we will set the schedule up for each of them.
Can we get a formal quotation for a tender?
Yes. Send the formats and volumes you need and we will issue a quotation on company letterhead, with pricing valid for the period you require.
